Wilston Distribution Ltd ("Wilston", "we", "us") is registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
Questions about your information? Open a ticket in #customer-support on our Discord server.
This policy covers people who visit our website, join our Discord server, or buy from us on behalf of a business, including the staff of our business customers. We only trade with businesses, and our services are not intended for anyone under 18.
We never ask for, or store, your Amazon Seller Central login.
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the people who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
Some of the services we use, including Discord, are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
You have the right to:
To use any of these rights, open a ticket in #customer-support on our Discord server. It's free, and we'll reply within one month. Some information, such as invoices, we must keep by law.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please complain to us first by opening a ticket in #customer-support on our Discord server. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and look into it without undue delay.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Only our team can see order tickets. Our staff accounts are protected with two factor login, and we only keep the information we need.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
We sell to businesses only: Amazon sellers, retailers and trade buyers. You don't need to be VAT registered. By placing an order, you confirm you are buying for your business and agree to these terms.
All orders are placed in a private ticket on our Discord server. Open a ticket in #place-an-order and send us the ASIN and how many units you want. Your order is accepted once we confirm stock and the total price in your ticket. We don't take orders by DM.
Stock prices are as confirmed in your ticket. Prep fees are shown ex VAT. Orders are paid by bank transfer before we prep or dispatch them.
We cap how much of each Amazon line we sell, so listings don't get flooded with sellers. This means we may limit the number of units you can buy. Some lines are limited anyway: sometimes we buy out a wholesaler's entire stock, and some deals are WIGIG (When It's Gone, It's Gone).
All of our stock is bought within the EEA, from authorised distributors and direct from the brands themselves.
If you'd like the stock delivered to you, tell us when you order. This has a longer lead time, because your stock is delivered to us first and then split into your own boxes. It also costs a lot more, because you won't have Amazon's partnered UPS shipping covering the cost. We can give you an estimate up front, but it won't be 100% accurate, as we won't know how many boxes your order fits into until it arrives with us. We'll confirm the final fee once it's packed.
Our invoices should work for ungates that ask for 10 units. Ungates that ask for 100 units are notoriously hard, and Amazon usually saves them for distribution businesses that have been trading for years. Amazon makes the final decision on every application, so we can't guarantee approval and aren't responsible for Amazon's decisions.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
