Browse the range here, then join our Discord server for new stock drops and trade prices. Open a private ticket with the ASIN and how many units you want, and we'll confirm, invoice and prep.
This site is our catalogue. Every order is placed in your own private ticket on our Discord server, so you always deal with a real person.
By placing an order you confirm you're buying for your business and agree to our terms, including our terms of trade and cancellation policy.
Your stock never leaves our hands until it reaches Amazon. Every Amazon order is prepped in house as standard, so there's no second courier, no prep centre to chase and no extra handling. Prep is charged on top of the stock price, and it costs less than using a prep centre.
You stay in full control at all times. We never ask for your login and never need Seller Central access. If anyone claiming to be Wilston asks for it, it isn't us.
We can do it, but it takes longer and costs a lot more. Your stock is delivered to us first and split into your own boxes, and you won't have Amazon's partnered UPS shipping covering the cost. We'll give you an estimate up front and confirm the final fee once it's packed.
Most wholesalers sell the same stock to every Amazon seller who asks. The listing fills up, the Buy Box gets split ten ways and the price races to the bottom. We limit how much of each line we sell for Amazon, so the listings you buy into stay worth selling on.
Whether you fill one shop or ship thousands of online orders a week, you deal with the same small team every time. VAT registered or not, you can buy from us.
Wilston Distribution supplies branded stock to UK retailers and online sellers from our warehouse in [TOWN]. We keep it simple: genuine stock, straight answers in Discord, and Amazon prep done under the same roof.

We cap how much of each Amazon line we sell, so listings don't get flooded with sellers. Some lines are limited anyway: sometimes we buy out a wholesaler's entire stock, and some deals are WIGIG (When It's Gone, It's Gone).
We supply Amazon sellers, retailers and trade buyers. You don't need to be VAT registered: we sell to both VAT registered and non VAT registered sellers.
Yes. All of our stock is bought within the EEA, from authorised distributors and direct from the brands themselves.
Every Amazon order is prepped and sent into FBA as standard. Prep is an additional fee on top of the stock price, from 20p per unit (ex VAT), and it still costs less than using a prep centre.
Never. We give you the shipment details, you create the shipment in your own Seller Central account, and you send us the labels. If anyone claiming to be Wilston asks for your login, it isn't us.
Yes, but it takes longer and costs a lot more. The stock is delivered to us first and split into your own boxes, and you won't have Amazon's partnered UPS shipping covering the cost. We can give you an estimate, but we won't know the exact number of boxes until your stock arrives with us.
Our invoices should work for ungates that ask for 10 units. Ungates that ask for 100 units are notoriously hard, and Amazon usually saves them for distribution businesses that have been trading for years. If you need to get ungated, we recommend buying from a bigger distributor or direct from the brand, then using our stock to sell. Amazon makes the final decision on every application.
Before you've paid, you can cancel any time at no charge. Once you've paid and before prep starts, orders can only be cancelled with our agreement, and we keep 25% of the order value to cover allocation and handling costs. Once prep has started, we've received your labels or your stock has been sent, orders can't be cancelled.
By placing an order you confirm you're buying for your business and agree to our terms of trade. Still stuck? Ask in #customer-support on our Discord server.
